Your Role:

• Ensure the integrity and coherence of the program.
• Coordinate overall program management, including inter-dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Manage large-scale, transaction-intensive, 24x7, multi-site international operations with high SLA standards.
• Oversee monitoring, incident, change, and ITIL processes.
• Manage performance indicators, financials, and corrective plans.
• Ensure quality assurance and program integrity, aligning infrastructure and standards.
• Coordinate new capabilities for business change and benefits realization.
• Maintain focus, enthusiasm, and momentum within the program.
• Build and manage senior client relationships.
• Implement project management frameworks and resource allocation.
• Develop and execute communication plans with all stakeholders.

Your Profile:

• Minimum of 15 years in IT infrastructure project management.
• Experience across all phases of complex technical projects.
• Mastery of Agile methodologies and implementation experience.
• Knowledge of Public, Private, and Hybrid cloud concepts.
• Proven expertise in customer relationship management and conflict resolution.
• Strong team orientation, analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
