Qualifications

The Manager, Clinical RN maintains 24/7 overall responsibility for coordinating the total management of the designated Nursing neighborhood. This management includes, but is not limited to, health care services, financial security, supervising, CQI opportunities and regulatory compliance. Responsible for creating a balance between an efficient health care department and a home-like environment.


Qualifications
  1. Graduated from an accredited school of Nursing and must possess a current Registered Nurse license, in good standing, from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
  2. BSN or Bachelor’s Degree related to healthcare administration preferred.
  3. A minimum of three years of recent clinical experience required, two years within the long-term care setting preferred.
  4. Minimum two years supervisory experience required.
