Job summary

Otis Elevator Company recherche un Manager Chantier (H/F) pour l’agence Travaux Île-de-France, basé à Gennevilliers. Vous encadrerez une équipe de chefs d’équipe et de techniciens, veillerez à la sécurité et optimiserez le budget alloué.

Vous serez l’interlocuteur technique des clients et assisterez l’Ingénieur Commercial. Vous identifierez et chiffrerez des travaux de modernisation et gérerez les relations avec les sous-traitants.

Qualifications

• Expérience significative dans le management opérationnel.
• Bonnes compétences en électricité, électrotechnique et mécanique.
• A l’aise à l’oral et avec les clients.
• Capacité d’organisation et de planification.
• La sécurité est une priorité professionnelle.

Responsibilities

• Manager et accompagner une équipe de chefs d’équipe et de techniciens de travaux.
• Assurer la sécurité des collaborateurs.
• Gérer et optimiser le budget alloué.
• Être l’interlocuteur technique des clients et accompagner l’Ingénieur Commercial.
• Maîtriser les KPIs du périmètre.
• Identifier et chiffrer des travaux de modernisation à vendre au client.
• Gérer la relation avec les sous-traitants.

Otis développe son activité et recherche un Manager Chantier (H/F) pour intégrer l'agence Travaux Ile-de-France.

Poste basé à Gennevillier.

Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez :

• Manager et accompagner une équipe composée de chefs d'équipe et de techniciens de travaux
• Assurer la sécurité des collaborateurs
• Gérer et optimiser le budget alloué
• Etre l’interlocuteur technique des clients (réponse aux réclamations, accompagnement de l’Ingénieur Commercial)
• Maîtriser les principaux indicateurs de performance / KPI de votre périmètre
• Identifier et chiffrer des travaux de modernisation à vendre au client (repérage sur site et émission du devis dans les systèmes)
• Gestion de la relation avec les sous-traitants

Pour développer votre plein potentiel chez Otis :

• Vous justifiez d’une ou plusieurs expériences significatives dans le management opérationnel et idéalement dans le secteur des ascenseurs
• Vous possédez de bonnes compétences en électricité, électrotechnique et mécanique afin de maîtriser l'aspect technique du métier
• A l'aise à l'oral, vos capacités relationnelles vous permettent de fédérer une équipe et de tisser des liens avec vos clients
• Vous disposez d'une bonne capacité d'organisation et de planification
• Professionnel(le) engagé(e), la sécurité est votre priorité
