• Good skills in SAP related skills (Open Text, Libelle, Rev Trac).
• Experience in SAP archiving process.
• Good technical BI skills (SSIS, SSAS, SQL server, SharePoint, BI gateway).
• Experience in DevOps / Agile methodology in a SAP context, improving operational efficiency (automation) and time to market to deliver new solutions / evolutions.

What would be your main challenges:

Your mission is to provide Business-oriented Infrastructure services and manage operations to deliver service excellence in the field of SAP and BI services. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Defining and leading the roadmap of your projects which includes technical advancement and supporting all functional initiatives.
• Ensuring high performance access, security and availability of SAP & BI applications and services including day-to-day operations.
• Leveraging cloud capabilities to improve automation, support our FinOps strategy by generating costs savings, accelerate the shift to a Product / DevOps transformation and contribute strongly to the IT Sustainability ambitions.

In this role, this could be your next day-to-day:

We are an international team of very passionate and dynamic people, responsible for Cloud architecture, Platform (Public and Private cloud), Managed applications (SAP, BI), Workload Automation (Batch) and Operations & Service Delivery across Europe, Russia, South Africa and for Travel Retail scope.

Our Ambition is to leverage the public cloud technical capabilities, support business initiatives generate costs savings, accelerate the shift to a Product / DevOps transformation and contribute strongly to the IT Sustainability ambitions.

As Part of this team, your role will be the Lead of SAP & BI managed app services. You will manage a team composed of SAP Basis and BI Experts, external project managers and providers and you will collaborate with architecture, third party providers, Service Delivery Teams as well as functional and applications teams.

Your mission will be articulated around the following main fields:

SAP Operations & Run Excellence:

• Responsible for day-to-day management of availability and performance of SAP applications, according to agreed SLAs.
• Manage Incident, Problem, Change and Crisis within the support of service delivery Team.
• Engage and sustain continuous improvement process, by implementing SAP Best Practices, Automation, End to End monitoring architecture changes, service improvements, migrations, replatforming, etc.
• Responsible for operating procedures and documentation.

SAP Project & Technical Development:

• Manage portfolio projects (Upgrades, Migrations, SAP Waves, Obsolescence, new functional features) and responsible for the quality of the delivery of scope, schedule, and budget.
• Responsible for the security and compliancy of the landscape (Obsolescence, Security Notes & Security patches, Hardening, Firewall rules, DRP exercises, Data encryption management, Yearly CAC audits participation, Security remediations).
• Provide Expertise for SAP & BI support & projects.
• Implement DevOps model.

Team Management:

• Define team evolution strategy from a service perspective. Manage team objectives with a SMART approach.
• Ensure the technical and functional skill level of the Team.
• Manage and develop operative Interface between Functional / Service Delivery / SAP Basis Experts, BI applications technical experts, software vendors and solution experts for third party solutions (OpenText, Libelle, Rev Trac).

Reporting & Finance:

• Financial review and forecast against budget and strategy.
• Identify cost reduction initiatives.
• Maintains process and measurement criteria to track and manage services.
