Envision Imaging is seeking a Full-Time Mammography Technologist at our Plano, TX, location. Monday - Friday / 40 hours a week; pay range: $35.48 - $45.74 per hour; $10,000 sign-on bonus to eligible hires.

Performs routine and diagnostic breast imaging and bone density exams with a focus on high-quality images and patient care. Requires ARRT certification, Mammography registry, and related credentials; strong attention to safety and patient education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology.
• Eligibility or certification in Mammography (M).
• BD/CBDT certification through ARRT or ISCD.
• Complete 40 hours of mammography orientation.
• 8 hours of 3D tomosynthesis training (if applicable).
• Current state licensure (if applicable).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Interfaces with patient and explains procedures to obtain optimal images.
• Reviews charts for necessary information and consent.
• Obtains prior imaging and submits high-quality scans for radiologist interpretation.
• Performs Bone Density and Mammography exams and notifies if patient condition changes.
• Transfers images to other locations as needed.
• Coordinates procedure protocols with Radiologist.
• Maintains and inspects equipment and reports issues.
• Interfaces with Lead Technologist and Center/Area Manager on concerns.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
