Jobtailor is seeking a makeup product development and marketing professional to shape the brand's future. You will craft concepts that reflect the Dries Van Noten-inspired identity and drive launches from concept through post-launch analysis.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, manage packaging and shade briefs, and optimize product ranges while tracking budgets and profitability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent from a recognized school.
• Experience in makeup product development and brand-aligned marketing.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Proactive, curious, and collaborative with external stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to development of a three-year marketing plan aligned with brand codes.
• Create marketing concepts consistent with the brand identity.
• Draft and develop formula, packaging and shade briefs.
• Manage product development from concept to launch and post-launch.
• Define activation plans for launches across markets (360°: Digital, Retail, Communications, Training).
• Provide briefs to agencies for packaging, design and mockups.
• Coordinate with internal teams (digital, communications, retail, studio, purchasing, engineering).
• Optimize the existing product mix and price positioning.
• Implement annual marketing plan in line with strategy.
• Coordinate launches with key markets and international marketing.
• Develop tools to implement strategy across markets.
• Present the marketing plan to top management and subsidiaries.
• Coordinate with fashion teams and external agencies.
• Analyze project profitability and monitor line budgets.
• Conduct competitive monitoring and trend analysis; benchmark competitors and perform ad-hoc research.
