Coty is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the global development and growth of the Burberry Makeup category. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams to shape category strategy, launches and long-term plans across markets.

You will collaborate with product development, marketing, and external partners to ensure creative, sustainable campaigns aligned with brand values and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of Marketing and/or related experience.
• Global Marketing product development experience in Make Up.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Drive strategic development and growth of the Burberry Makeup category globally.
• Lead the 3-year launch plan for lines with Product Development teams.
• Develop 360-launch campaigns and coordinate with markets, trade marketing and agencies.
• Monitor KPIs, line budgets, sales, margins and profitability.
