Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Category Manager Make-Up Europe to drive the acceleration of its makeup brand portfolio across European markets, shaping online and offline offerings, optimizing assortments and guiding launches with a data-driven approach.

You will coordinate with 21 markets, monitor KPIs, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver growth in a fast-paced beauty environment while upholding Sephora's inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in retail, trade or digital marketing, with a good knowledge of the make-up universe.
• International profile, fluent English is essential.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort in figures (KPIs, assortment performance).
• Passion, interpersonal skills, team spirit, curiosity, autonomy and negotiation skills appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Manage a brand portfolio by maximizing sales, while ensuring profitability and optimal inventory management through the right assortment.
• Effectively communicate the strategy to 21 markets, with the ability to convince, simplify and monitor the proper execution of projects/launches.
• Develop brands omni-channel through “only at” concepts and plans.
• Participation in pricing and promotion strategy in coordination with the RGM.
• New product forecast for the region
