Mission:

Under the responsibility of IPERIA, you will have a dual role:

1. Delegate Apprenticeship Mentor: Your role is crucial in the success of training and integration of the apprentice with the individual employer. You act as a référent for the apprentice, ensuring their integration, supervising their activities, assessing their skills, and liaising with the CFA. Your main responsibilities include:

• Integrating the apprentice into the employer's home: diagnosing needs, assessing working conditions, ensuring the framework of the apprenticeship, introducing the apprentice to the environment and tools.
• Organizing professional situations and pedagogical progression: monitoring training, identifying relevant learning situations, planning progression, and setting up follow-up and evaluation methods.
• Communicating with the employer and CFA: managing issues, maintaining communication, and participating in review meetings.
• Supporting the apprentice's learning: transmitting professional skills, creating favorable learning conditions, building trust, evaluating progress, and implementing corrective actions.

1. Evaluation Subject Writer: Your role is to create and draft evaluation subjects for certifications, based on professional scenarios for various assessment formats. Your main responsibilities are:

• Creating evaluation topics: writing scenarios aligned with certification standards.
• Reviewing and correcting evaluation subjects.
• Implementing subjects into a digital platform.

Profile:

Beyond essential technical skills for child care, the candidate must be capable of supporting the apprentice in adjusting their practice and attitude according to the employer's needs. Autonomy in drafting professional situations is required.

Contract Type:

CDD - 12 months

Work Schedule:

35 hours/week, daytime work

Salary:

• Gross annual salary: €36,366 to €36,367 over 13 months
