Job Summary

Assist in supervision for maintenance and operations of the System Office to ensure proper upkeep of facilities, grounds, and maintenance and repair of the building and equipment, including vehicle maintenance.

This is a defined-term contract position renewable each fiscal year located in Versailles, KY.

Job Duties:

• Receive job orders from supervisor and staff and complete them in a timely manner.
• Perform vehicle maintenance.
• Stock supplies.
• Check to ensure cleanliness of the building and grounds.
• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Repair and replace electrical components, maintain plumbing fixtures and piping.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma and one year of relevant experience or equivalent preferred. On-the-job training offered.

Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.

Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds.
