Job Summary

Assist in supervision for maintenance and operations of the System Office to ensure proper upkeep of facilities, grounds, and maintenance and repair of the building and equipment - including vehicle maintenance.

This is a defined-term contract position renewable each fiscal year and located in Versailles, KY.

Job Duties :

1. Receives job orders from supervisor and staff and completes in a timely manner.
2. Performs vehicle maintenance.
3. Checks to ensure cleanliness of the building and grounds.
4. Performs basic carpentry skills.
5. Repairs and replaces electrical components, maintenance on plumbing fixtures and piping.
6. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications :

High school diploma and one year of relevant experience or equivalent preferred. On-the-job training offered.

Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.

Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds.
