Job summary

Greif is seeking a Maintenance Technician in France to perform preventive maintenance, inspect and test equipment, and support senior technicians. The role requires understanding hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, with the ability to read diagrams and manuals. You will work under safety procedures, install and repair machinery, and may guide junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (or equivalent).
• 2–4 years of experience in maintenance or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance per procedures and inspect equipment.
• Visually inspect and test equipment; calibrate sensors and gauges.
• Dismantle, inspect, replace defective parts and install repaired components.
• Maintain hydraulic/pneumatic systems; service gauges, valves, and regulators.
• Install and repair electrical apparatus and wiring as needed.
• Support and guide junior colleagues; follow safety procedures.
