Description du poste

Level 1: Carry out complex maintenance work, both curative and preventive, and modifications on production equipment.

Main Missions

1. Level 1: Participate in the organization and planning of preventive and corrective maintenance.
   • Participate in the preparation of a plan for preventive interventions and ensure the proper functioning of machines during production. Intervene as necessary.
   • Fill out follow-up sheets for interventions on production equipment for traceability.
2. Level 1: Carry out maintenance work on production equipment according to schedule.
   • Perform preventive maintenance following safety instructions.
   • Perform corrective maintenance, adapting to unforeseen circumstances.
   • Document maintenance operations in computerized systems.
   • Report to the Maintenance Manager.
   • Verify the conformity of work against standards.
3. Level 1: Ensure cleanliness and quality of work.
   • Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment.
   • Manage reception and storage of production equipment if necessary.
4. Level 1: Check the proper functioning of production equipment.
   • Analyze and resolve technical malfunctions related to part quality.
   • Participate in diagnosing anomalies, breakdowns, and failures.
5. Level 2: Organize, plan, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, including equipment adjustments and upgrades.
   • Coordinate interventions based on production priorities.
   • Prepare and execute intervention plans.
   • Record interventions for traceability.
6. Level 2: Ensure safety and compliance during maintenance.
   • Intervene on-site to prevent accidents.
   • Educate users on safety procedures.
7. Level 2: Incorporate preventive maintenance constraints for new equipment.
8. Level 2: Provide expertise and manage specialized stores.
9. Level 3: Lead maintenance team and coordinate their missions.
   • Audit maintenance operations.
   • Participate in TPM and feedback processes.
   • Perform periodic diagnostics and follow-up actions.
   • Contribute to internal improvement projects.

Purpose

To plan, organize, and perform maintenance on buildings and production equipment, and contribute to improving existing systems.

Essential Job Functions and Abilities

- Good knowledge of industrial technology. - Understanding of company products, terminology, maintenance, and manufacturing processes. - Ability to diagnose root causes and implement solutions.
