Une entreprise de produits alimentaires en expansion recherche un Technicien de Maintenance pour garantir le bon fonctionnement de ses installations. Le poste implique des responsabilités variées, notamment la maintenance préventive et corrective, ainsi qu'une participation active aux projets de l'usine. Les candidats doivent avoir un Bac+2 en maintenance et des compétences en électricité et mécanique, avec un souci de rigueur et d'organisation.

Qualifications

• Diplôme Bac+2 en Maintenance exigé.
• Connaissance de MVPOne, niveau en électricité et mécanique.
• Expérience dans un environnement industriel appréciée.

Responsabilités

• Maintenir le bon fonctionnement des outils de production et des services.
• Réaliser des opérations de maintenance complexes de façon autonome.
• Gérer la documentation technique et participer aux projets de l'usine.

Purpose of the position:

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician M/F reporting to the Maintenance Manager.

Description of key activities and responsibilities:

-Maintain the proper functioning of the production tool and utilities in compliance with the health, safety and quality rules related to our activity

-Acting as a technical referent within the maintenance team

-Independently carry out complex maintenance operations in several areas of expertise

-Determine the causes of malfunctions and the actions to be implemented to remedy them. Be a source of proposals on points of technical improvement

-Intervene to carry out palliative and/or corrective actions and verify the effectiveness of these actions

-Contact the line manager before any intervention requiring a line stop. Report on his interventions to the line manager and his hierarchy

-Assist the production during its format changes and the various adjustments to be made

-daily round of utilities (steam, cold production, compressed air...)

-Carry out all planned preventive maintenance work according to the defined ranges

-Update technical documentation

-Have an active participation in the various factory projects

-Fill in MVPOne CMMS (activity entry, activity type,...)

-Contribute to the proper management of spare parts stock
