Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of experience leading maintenance activities in an industrial manufacturing environment, preferably in food manufacturing/processing.
• Proven track record supervising, planning, and scheduling maintenance personnel.
• Working knowledge of refrigeration, steam, and hot water systems.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems related to food processing equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Support safety initiatives by ensuring compliance with safe work practices, improving the work environment, and standardizing best practices.
• Coordinate with Food Safety, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements, including sanitary design standards.
• Supervise maintenance technicians to meet production goals through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, including root cause analysis of downtime events.
• Prioritize and direct maintenance responses to minimize downtime.
• Provide training and resources to ensure compliance with safety, food safety, HR, and workforce development standards.
• Maintain attendance records and coordinate disciplinary actions with HR as needed.
