Job Description

We are looking for a FUN & PASSIONATE Maintenance Supervisor who wants to join a FANTASTIC TEAM at a VIBRANT central London Hotel! You will be required to work during the week as well as weekends.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will :

1. Be service minded
2. Actively contribute to guests' comfort
3. Carry out occasional repair work as required, following specifications and handle any unexpected problems
4. Prevent problems from occurring in the hotel's technical installations
5. Implement the corrective action plans as communicated by the Technical Manager
6. Follow the preventive maintenance programme
7. Be in contact with all hotel departments
8. Apply water hygiene procedures
9. Run regular checks and repairs on plant rooms equipment
10. Organise and support the team to complete different tasks
11. Manage the workshop and monitor the spare parts stock
12. Perform daily checks on the hotel’s BMS to provide the best possible comfort for guests
13. Log calls and supervise external contractors

Salary : £15.32 per hour (£31,068 per annum)

The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.
