Job summary

AMSM is seeking a Maintenance Person to carry out maintenance work on Company premises on a full-time basis. The role involves electrical and plumbing upkeep, basic repairs to wood and steel, painting and plastering tasks, and running necessary errands. HVAC knowledge will be considered an asset.

Qualifications

• Electrical licences A and B required.
• 5 years’ experience in M&E.
• Valid driving licence.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Team player with can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance in electrical and plumbing systems.
• Perform basic repairs on wood and steel.
• Carry out painting and plastering work.
• Do errands as needed.
• HVAC knowledge is a plus.
