Maintenance Manager

Talent One Recruitment and Staffing is currently in search of a candidate to fill a Maintenance Manager role for a food production company in the city of Vernon Ca.

Job Type: Full-Time.

Shift: 1st shift, 6am start time – Flexibility depending on production and company needs.

Pay Range: $100k-$135k (D.O.E) +10% Bonus.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Previous experience in manufacturing management (7 - 10 years).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Problem solving ability.
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft applications.
• Flexible schedule (able to work overtimes/weekends as needed).
• Facility Operations 24/7, Manager may be required to work on off shift times.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and evaluate employee's performance (Mentoring/Training).
• Achieve departmental goals relating to safety, quality, cost and production.
• Ensure members of cross-functional teams are productive and take initiative in their department.
• Manage budget accounts (MRO).
• Develop and maintain PM plans to running systems.
