Description du poste

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer (M / F) for one of our clients, based in Luanda (Angola), for a 12-month contract (potentially renewable).

Key Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture within the project and activities. Lead by example to ensure team members and colleagues adhere to HSEQ rules and contribute positively. Participate in and promote the Safety and Quality culture program (FOCUS). Ensure safe workplaces.
• Ensure safe and ethical working practices are followed in all managed or interfaced activities. Guarantee compliance with relevant standards and laws.
• Adhere to and incorporate state-of-the-art, referential, and local rules/laws into contractual requirements.
• Work proactively by assessing risks related to PBF activities and managing mitigation actions.
• Establish and manage activities with a spirit of One values, motivating counterparts and diligently working to meet project targets.
• Promote digitalization and innovation, seeking optimization and cost savings without compromising QHSE objectives.
• Foster a cost-conscious culture within the team.
• Implement LEAN approaches and visual management techniques.
• Manage maintenance packages, including resources, budget, planning, logistics, and execution.
• Oversee the Service Cards Database for Maintenance (~200 Service cards), identifying activities, materials, logistics, and optimizing tasks within the Work Program.
• Coordinate interfaces between involved entities within scope.
• Lead project risk reviews related to maintenance.
• Review and approve technical documentation and manage TQ / DEV / DER processes.
• Prepare presentations and reports as required.
• Anticipate scope or work program changes due to delays, constraints, or revised priorities.
• Update the Service Cards Database regularly.
• Report on planning and progress.
• Establish Maintenance KPIs.
• Ensure effective coordination between Contractors and CPY.

Profile and Skills

Professional Experience: 10 years in Maintenance and Field Operations.

Languages: Portuguese is a plus.

Qualifications: Master’s degree or equivalent.

Skills: Organizational skills, autonomy, motivation, team spirit (mandatory).
