A leading aviation training company is seeking a Maintenance Instructor in France. The role involves conducting specialized maintenance training, developing materials, and evaluating trainee progress. Candidates should possess an Airframe and Powerplant certification and have substantial hands-on aircraft experience, preferably with Falcon business jets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on aircraft experience.
  • EASA Part 145 Release to Service Authorization preferred.

Purpose of Position

The Maintenance Instructor delivers exceptional ground and/or practical instruction in accordance with FlightSafety Training principles and applicable regulations.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Conduct maintenance ground and/or practical training for clients receiving core or specialty training courses.
  • Develop and prepare training materials that support training delivery to meet the client needs in accordance with the applicable curriculum.
  • Evaluate and measure trainee progress and recommend for additional training, if required.
  • Complete accurate training records specific to each client, aiding their success in achieving the requested objective(s).
  • Identify client training issues and seek assistance prior to execution.
  • Maintain Instructor qualifications in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Knowledge of aviation maintenance safety standards and practices
  • Knowledge of common FlightSafety standards and applicable aviation regulations
  • Ability to manage classes and teach effectively
  • Ability to be coachable and receive feedback to support development
  • Airframe and Powerplant license/certification
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on aircraft experience. Experience with Falcon business jets preferred but not required.
  • EASA Part 145 Release to Service Authorization on Falcon business jets preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual French and English, minimum level B1
