Within the Store Excellence Department, the Maintenance & Facility Manager helps to maintain an efficient and professional working environment that meets the company's requirements, while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, cost control and optimising the quality of services provided.
He/she supervises the activities of the maintenance, cleaning, logistics & mail, administrative, etc. for EssilorLuxottica and GV buildings and stores, ensuring high standards of services and attention to detail, verifying that activities carried out by internal staff and suppliers align with quality expectations, intervention times, costs, and KPIs.
He/she manages teams and supervises maintenance and facilities activities.
Responsibilities:
The Maintenance & Facility Manager is responsible for optimizing the availability of all equipment and infrastructure at the sites within his/her scope, including sites in the Paris region and remote locations, to ensure business continuity for buildings and stores.
He/she ensures necessary resources are in place to resolve malfunctions, anticipate technical issues, and propose improvements. He/she makes work recommendations to department heads and prioritizes maintenance work within the annual budget.
He/she guarantees compliance with regulatory standards, health and safety standards, and maintains an up-to-date register.
