Job summary

Jubilant Radiopharma in France seeks a Maintenance Technical Specialist, Equipment and Documentation to strengthen the maintenance program and ensure GMP-compliant documentation.

You will oversee maintenance procedures, update technical documents, support preventive and predictive maintenance, and guide maintenance and operations teams to improve equipment reliability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of GMP requirements and related regulatory standards.
• Experience with validation, CAPA, and change control processes.
• Experience reviewing and improving preventive maintenance programs and technical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the review, update, and implementation of Detailed Maintenance Procedures (DMPs).
• Coordinate input from Maintenance, Engineering, Production, Validation, Quality, and HSE teams.
• Verify accuracy of equipment information, system boundaries, and maintenance requirements.
• Identify documentation gaps and develop corrective action plans.
• Maintain document version control, approval records, and traceability.
• Create and update maintenance procedures, work instructions, forms, and records.
• Support digitization and optimization of maintenance documentation processes.
