Global Jet Luxembourg, a leading European aircraft management company, is seeking a Maintenance Customer Support to join its Technical department in Paris. You will provide real-time technical support during AOG and scheduled maintenance, coordinating with clients and internal teams.

You will work with OEMs and MROs to find timely solutions, oversee troubleshooting, part orders, and shipping, and help control costs and budgets while maintaining clear updates for clients and crew.

Qualifications

• Experience in aircraft maintenance or hotline support.
• Strong client communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with budgeting expertise.
• Ability to manage multiple projects during AOG.

Responsabilités

• Provide real-time technical support during AOG and unscheduled maintenance events.
• Communicate with clients, providing updates and obtaining cost approvals.
• Collaborate with OEMs and MROs to find timely solutions.
• Oversee troubleshooting, part orders, and shipping with technicians.
• Lead project planning with clients, including upgrades and modifications.
• Negotiate quotes and compare maintenance proposals.
• Supervise maintenance progress and track costs.
• Provide regular client updates and ensure budget oversight.
• Conduct pre- and post-maintenance inspections.
• Oversee flight tests to ensure aircraft functionality.
• Control and negotiate additional work during maintenance.
• Review and validate invoices to justify costs.
• Ensure financial transparency by working with the assigned controller.

AOG and Unscheduled Maintenance

• Provide real-time technical support during AOG and unscheduled maintenance events
• Communicate with clients, providing updates and obtaining cost approvals
• Collaborate with OEMs and MROs to find timely solutions
• Oversee troubleshooting, part orders, and shipping with technicians

Scheduled Maintenance

• Lead project planning with clients, including upgrades and modifications
• Negotiate quotes and compare maintenance proposals
• Supervise maintenance progress and track costs
• Provide regular client updates and ensure budget oversight
• Conduct pre- and post-maintenance inspections
• Oversee flight tests to ensure aircraft functionality

Cost Control

• Control and negotiate additional work during maintenance
• Review and validate invoices to justify costs
• Ensure financial transparency by working with the assigned controller

• Proven experience in aircraft maintenance or hotline support
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, crew, OEMs, and MROs
• Detail-oriented with expertise in cost control and budgeting
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple projects, especially during AOG
• Flexible to work outside regular hours for urgent maintenance
