VHR Global Technical Recruitment is recruiting for a leading aviation company to oversee daily fleet technical monitoring and coordinate maintenance across the network. The role focuses on A320 NEO, A330NEO, and A350 line maintenance, AOG management, and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will bring EASA Part-66 licensing, recent hands-on line maintenance or MCC work, and training in Fuel Tank Safety, EWIS, and Human Factors.

Qualifications

• Must hold an EASA Part-66 License (B1 or B2) with type rating on A320 NEO (PW), A330NEO (Trent) and A350.
• Experience in line maintenance or MCC.
• Recency on aircraft types would be an advantage.
• Valid training in Fuel Tank Safety, EWIS, and Human Factors.

Responsabilités

• Daily technical monitoring of the fleet.
• Coordination of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
• Technical defect analysis and troubleshooting.
• AOG (Aircraft on Ground) management.
• Optimisation of fleet availability and operational punctuality.
• Monitoring of MEL/CDL, Airworthiness Directives (AD), Service Bulletins (SB), and regulatory requirements.
• Coordination with Engineering, Line Maintenance, Base Maintenance, MROs, and OEMs.
• Monitoring of technical KPIs (Dispatch Reliability, Technical Delays, AOG, etc.).
• Continuous improvement and knowledge transfer
