Skiworld Ltd. is seeking a seasonal maintenance operative to keep chalets and resort properties in top condition during the ski season.

Responsibilities include daily repairs, sourcing materials locally, coordinating with managers and contractors, and performing chalet checks. You will also assist with snow clearing, guest transfer days, chalet supply runs, and resort vehicle upkeep, while supporting end-of-season closedown and working across resorts as needed—from mid-November to the end of

Qualifications

• Experience in a trade or building maintenance role.
• Clean driving license valid for at least 3 years.
• Ability to work independently and finish tasks to high standards.
• Strong attention to detail and quality of workmanship.
• Good communication skills and teamwork under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Carry out daily maintenance and repairs to chalets and resort properties.
• Coordinate with managers and contractors and source local materials.
• Assist with snow clearing, guest transfers, chalets resupply, and vehicle upkeep.
• Support end-of-season closedown and assist at multiple resorts as needed.
• Ensure chalets and facilities are ready for guest arrivals from mid-November to end of April.

All the drills and all the skills… Our maintenance team are the mortar that keeps our chalet service strong and our resort teams stable.

You’ll be responsible for keeping all chalets and resort properties in top condition throughout the ski season, handling both proactive and reactive maintenance to ensure everything is ready for arriving guests. This includes daily repairs, sourcing materials locally, coordinating with managers and contractors, and carrying out detailed chalet checks.

You’ll also help with snow clearing, guest transfer days, chalet supply runs, and resort vehicle upkeep, while supporting end-of-season closedown and jumping in across resorts as needed—all to keep our ski operations running smoothly from first lift to final après.

Ski season employment is from mid-November up until end of April so you should be available to work throughout this period.

Essential Attributes

• Previous experience in a trade or building maintenance role
• Clean driving license for 3 full years or more
• Attention to detail, and a high standard of finishing work
• Able to work on own initiative and solve problems
• Strong communication skills
• Adaptability and resilience under pressure
