Skiworld Ltd. seeks a Resort Manager to drive resort operations during the ski season in the French Alps. You will lead staff, maintain high guest service standards, and manage budgets while ensuring safety and efficiency.

The role offers seasonal employment from mid-November to end-April, with the chance to live and work in a premier snow-sure destination. You’ll motivate the team and deliver exceptional guest experiences throughout the season.

By combining your managerial experience with your season knowledge, you can carve out the perfect team to ensure your resort runs as smoothly as a well-oiled chairlift on a powder day.

As a Skiworld Resort Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind managing the resort operations. This is a varied role offering the opportunity to build on previous ski season experience, leading your team to success. Plus, you’ll get to live and work in one of the most snow-sure ski resorts in the Alps – and yes, you can ski almost every day!

You’ll work to keep staff turnover low while delivering exceptional service to our Skiworld guests, all while hitting budget and customer satisfaction targets.

Ski season employment is from mid-November up until the end of April so you should be available to work throughout this period.
