Duration: On Noirmoutier project: Until end of 2025, possible continuity with Dieppe Le Treport Project in 2026
Job Purpose: Within the framework of the Service Provider’s function, the Service Provider:
Ensure that the assets installed in the offshore windfarm area are maintained in line with the OEM requirement ensuring the integrity of the assets and their warranties.
Consolidate and track the list of punches/anomalies identified during the handover of the different assets and coordinates their closure by the relevant parties.
Activity 1: O&M Engineering / Preparation of Maintenance Register (Planned)
Consultation of technical documentation from contractors and OEMs to extract all necessary manuals for creating a maintenance register covering preservation, preventive maintenance, and routine inspections. Frequency: Daily Deliverable: OEM Manuals database
Building a project maintenance register/matrix. Frequency: Daily Deliverable: Maintenance register
Establishing daily, weekly, and monthly planning for POB technicians to prioritize maintenance tasks. Frequency: Daily Deliverable: Maintenance planning
Issuing periodic maintenance and preservation reports. Frequency: Monthly Deliverable: Reports
Organizing regular meetings with the O&M team to integrate them and provide visibility on the progress of preparation and execution of maintenance routines. Frequency: Periodic meetings Deliverable: Reports
Activity 2: Consolidate and Manage the Punches (Unplanned)
Proper implementation of the project punch list management procedure, reviewing the list of open points at the handover of each asset, and ensuring correct categorization of punches to avoid transfer of responsibility from contractors to the employer. Frequency: Daily Deliverable: Punch list procedure
Consolidating the list of punches to provide the project team with clear visibility of the offshore work volume. Frequency: Daily Deliverable: Consolidated punch list
Supporting root cause analysis in case of defects identified during commissioning and startup activities, after the transfer of responsibility from contractors, identifying the responsible entity, and categorizing new punch entries. Driving punch owners/contractors to close open points timely and coordinating with the construction team to organize necessary supporting logistics (CTVs, PTWs, required trainings, etc.). Frequency: Daily Deliverable: Emails, Meetings, Day log
