Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Systems, Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanical engineering.
• Working experience in Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability.
• Experience in Railway Engineering, Maintenance, tender environment is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Develop RAM and Performance Regime competency.
• Carry out RAM studies and develop RAM model.
• Organize Return on Experience of RAM data and manage RAM database.
• Support Maintenance projects with RAM concept implementation.
• Develop Performance model and support tender simulations.

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Availability and Performance Engineer for our System Maintenance department within Train Operation and System Maintenance (TOSM) entity of Services platform. Reporting to Governance and Efficiencies manager, you will be a key actor of our strategy to develop our Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) competency on both tenders and projects around the world as well as support tender with performance regime analysis.

What are your main Mission & Responsibilities within System Maintenance entity ?

• You will be in charge of developing RAM and Performance Regime competency (concept, methods and tools, as owner of the processes)
• You will carry out RAM studies and develop RAM model,
• You will organize Return on Experience of RAM data and manage the RAM database,
• You will support Maintenance projects with the implementation of RAM concept, methods and tools and tenders with RAM-related topics.
• You will develop Performance model and support tenders with Performance Regime simulations and risk assessment

What are the Skills and Competences we are looking for ?

• Engineering degree or equivalent University degree,
• 5-8 years of experience in System, Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanical engineering with a working experience in Reliability, Availability and Maintainability,
• Competencies in dependability/RAM and probabilistic risk assessment,
• Interpersonal skills
• Proficient skills in French.
• Proficient skills in English.
• Experience in Railway Engineering, Maintenance, tender environment would be desirable.
