Our Adéquat agency in Bourg En Bresse is recruiting new talents for the position of Mason Formworker (F/H) in the Gex area.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform masonry work.
2. Install formwork before pouring concrete or other mortars.
3. Carry out formwork and demolding of concrete.
4. Check the quality of the work performed.
5. Read plans.
6. Ensure site safety.
7. Follow safety rules.

Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a mason formworker / shutterer.
• Autonomous, rigorous, conscientious, versatile, reactive, and able to take initiative.
• Good knowledge of safety rules and instructions on construction sites.
• Enjoy working in a team.

Salary and benefits:

• Fixed hourly rate + 10% end of mission + 10% paid leave.
• Collective and/or individual bonuses + profit sharing + CET 5%.
