Job summary

Skyld AI is seeking a machine learning engineer to deliver new features for our cybersecurity-focused AI product, with a focus on adapting it to various quantization deployments. The role requires close collaboration with clients and internal teams to tailor solutions and ensure robust performance on edge devices.

The position is based in Rennes, France, and requires fluency in French and English, with experience in Python and C/C++.

We are looking for a machine learning engineer to deliver new features in our main product, in particular to adapt it to different quantization deployments.

Responsibilities

• Feature Development: Design and develop new features for our protection product, with a particular focus on supporting quantized AI models across a wide range of formats and runtimes, including TensorRT, TFLite Micro, and Axelera.
• Product Integration: Integrate and validate new features within the existing product to ensure compatibility, reliability, and performance.
• Technical Collaboration & Client Communication: Work closely with clients and the internal technical team to understand requirements, identify technical constraints, and deliver solutions tailored to their needs.

Qualifications

• Programming: Practical experience with Python and C/C++.
• Neural Networks & Quantization: Good understanding of neural networks, with a particular focus on model quantization techniques.
• AI Model Deployment: Knowledge of the end-to-end AI lifecycle, from model training to deployment in resource-constrained edge environments.
• Hardware Knowledge: Basic understanding of AI acceleration hardware, including NPUs, GPUs, and TPUs.
• Problem-Solving & Autonomy: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach and the ability to work independently.
• Languages: Fluent in French and English.
