Within the Group, you will join the IT Department, part of GIE AXA Services.

Within this Department, you will join the Workplace team, dedicated to digital transformation and workplace optimization, and will report to the Workplace Manager. The Workplace team values collaboration, innovation, and inclusion, and works with cutting-edge technologies to improve the user experience. As a Product Owner, you will play a key role in defining and implementing the product strategy for M365 and Power Platform solutions.

Your role and daily responsibilities:

As the M365 Products and Power Platform Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the product strategy for M365 and Power Platform solutions. Your role will involve aligning the company's strategic objectives with user requirements while ensuring compliance, security, and optimization of internal processes. You will act as a liaison between business and technical teams, facilitating needs assessment, user training, and tool adoption. You will also participate in fostering the Power Platform community and staying updated on Data and AI topics to promote innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.

Daily Responsibilities: As the M365 Suite and Power Platform Product Owner, your main responsibilities will be divided into three key areas:

M365 Suite

• Product Vision Definition: Develop and communicate a clear and inspiring product vision for M365 products. Collaborate with central group teams responsible for the product (at AXA Group Operations) to ensure a consistent and secure approach.
• Incident Management: Track and resolve incidents related to M365 products, collaborating with technical teams to ensure a prompt and effective response.
• Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that features and improvements align with user needs and business priorities.
• Adoption and Training: Develop and implement adoption strategies to encourage optimal use of M365 Suite tools. Organize training sessions tailored to different user levels to ensure a thorough understanding of product features and benefits, and gather feedback to continuously improve the training program.

M365 Power Platform

• Product Vision Definition: Develop and communicate a clear and inspiring product vision for Power Platform products. Collaborate with central group teams responsible for the product (at AXA Group Operations) to ensure a consistent and secure approach.
• Local Instance Administration: Manage and administrate the local instance of the Power Platform, ensuring security, compliance, and optimization of application performance and tools developed.
• Tool and Template Development via Power Platform: Design, develop, and roll out custom tools and templates on the Power Platform, with a focus on internal operational tools for the IT department. This includes creating solutions tailored to the specific needs of internal teams while integrating the "IT for IT" philosophy to optimize internal processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Participation in Business Needs Assessment: Engage with business units to deeply understand their needs and challenges. Process each need within the existing governance framework, closely collaborating with IT Architecture, Security, and Data Privacy experts to ensure proposed solutions meet the company’s compliance standards and requirements.
• Collaboration with Internal Developers and External Partners: Work closely with internal development teams and external partners to ensure that developed solutions meet functional and technical requirements. This includes project coordination, resource management, and facilitating knowledge sharing to ensure successful implementation of Power Platform solutions.
• Training and Awareness: Organize training sessions and workshops to promote the adoption of M365 Power Platform tools within the organization, and participate in fostering the Power Platform community to share best practices, exchange knowledge, and encourage innovation.

Data and AI

• Data and AI Topics: Be the go-to expert for the Workplace team on Data and AI topics. Provide advice and guidance on best practices, tools, and emerging technologies in data and artificial intelligence to support the organization’s digital transformation initiatives.
• Technology Watch on Data and AI: Conduct regular monitoring of new trends and tools in Data and AI that can be integrated into the Workplace environment. Analyze innovations and assess their relevance to the organization while sharing this information with teams to stimulate innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Expertise / Skills:

• Strong technical skills with a deep understanding of M365 and Power Platform technologies, capable of challenging experts and leading relevant technical discussions.
• Ability to develop on the Power Platform, integrating innovative solutions that meet user needs.
• Strong awareness of cybersecurity and data privacy issues, ensuring that all developed solutions comply with security and data protection standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to facilitate interactions with international teams and stakeholders.
• Passionate about new technologies and possessing a genuine intellectual curiosity, driven by the desire to explore and experiment with new technical solutions and propose solutions.
• Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.

Required Experience:

• Master's degree (Engineering School / Business School or equivalent).
• 5 years of experience in a Product Owner role or product management, ideally in an M365 environment or digital transformation context.
