We are seeking an M3 Operations Functional Leader responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of M3 ERP (INFOR) across international sites for the Transit segment at Wabtec. This role covers business processes in Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, Order Management, Purchasing, Quality, and Customer Services. The candidate will gather user requirements, translate them into IT solutions, and implement them in M3 and related systems, aligning with business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have extensive ERP experience, sound judgment, and strong engagement skills. They will report to the M3 Operations Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with solid experience
• 3+ years of experience as a Functional Leader, Consultant, or M3 Key User
• Experience in M3 operations areas such as Customer Service, Quality, and Order Management
• Experience with interface implementation, API, and SQL
• Willingness to expand skills into other ERP technologies
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% (depending on projects)

Any Wabtec site in Europe, including Paris, Tours, Amiens, Lille (France), Leipzig (Germany), Pilsen (Czech Republic), Piossasco (Italy), etc.
