Job summary

Qualifications

• This is an M2 internship in a Master-level program.
• Research focuses on genetic and proteomic determinants of glycemic control in type 1 diabetes.
• Work is a data analysis (dry lab) project using multiple French T1D cohorts.

Responsibilities

• Perform HbA1c genetics GWAS meta-analysis on T1D data.
• Analyze inflammatory proteome data and map pQTLs.
• Characterize CGM-derived metrics and conduct exploratory genetic analyses.
