Euronext in Paris is seeking an experienced M&A Manager to shape external growth initiatives and drive strategic transactions. You will report to the Head of M&A and collaborate with Finance, Strategy and Operations teams to build business cases, run valuations, and coordinate due diligence.

The role requires 5+ years in M&A within corporate, PE, or consulting, and fluency in English and French. You will work in a dynamic, cross-border environment with executive visibility and a focus on

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in M&A, corporate environment, PE or strategic consulting.
• Experience in financial services sector preferred.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Lead M&A, partnerships and other external growth initiatives.
• Develop business cases with operational teams (Strategy, Operations, Finance).
• Conduct financial modeling for transactions, including valuation and impacts.
• Co-manage due diligence, coordinating internal and external resources.
• Prepare presentation materials for transaction approvals by Exec Team and Board.
• Support Post-Merger Integration and handovers to business teams.
• Screen opportunities and coordinate reviews from investment banks.
• Bring M&A expertise to strategic transformation projects.
• Support corporate finance projects like impairment tests and intra-group restructuring.
