M&A Director / MD (Paris / London / Monza) - Consumer Sector

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated M&A Director / Managing Director to join our team in Paris, London or Monza. The Director / MD will be responsible for managing the execution of M&A transactions, including deal sourcing, financial analysis, due diligence, and transaction structuring.

This role requires strong consumer sector business acumen, financial modeling expertise, and the ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful deal outcomes.

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and industry professionals to identify new deal opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic M&A initiatives and assess potential acquisition targets.
• Provide post-transaction management support to ensure value creation and successful integration.
• Prepare high-quality presentations and investment materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Approximately 15 years of work experience, preferably with a background in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or a related field.
• Strong track record in deal sourcing and execution.
• Solid financial modeling and valuation skills with a deep understanding of corporate finance principles.
• Strong consumer sector business acumen with the ability to assess risks and opportunities.
• Experience in post-merger integration and portfolio management is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
