Wells Fargo is looking for a dedicated M&A Associate to join their Paris team. This role involves working with a sector-agnostic team on large cross-border transactions, requiring a strong analytical background, a Master’s degree, and proficiency in financial databases. As an Associate, you will prepare marketing materials, conduct financial analyses, and manage client interactions while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Wells Fargo is seeking a M&A Associate to join the team in Paris and work in close coordination with industry / M&A teams in London and the US.
The Associate will work in a sector-agnostic team with a focus on large cross-border transactions between Europe and the US.
The team is looking to grow over the next years to cater for the increasing flow of cross-border transactions
The role involves performing the tasks of an Associate in an M&A team. These include, but are not limited to, working on client coverage materials, transaction origination and execution of M&A mandates.
