• Analyser et présenter des informations sur des cibles d'acquisition.
• Participer à la rédaction de lettres d'intention et à la coordination des due diligences.

Devoteam is looking to hire a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst intern. The position is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join a young and dynamic team with high ambitions in the very booming sectors of cloud, data and cybersecurity in Europe.

Job Description

What can you expect?

• In this role, you will have the opportunity to work and partner directly with all Devoteam’s lines of business with a multi-cultural and international environment
• The job interacts independently with a large variety of stakeholders and is guided by senior executives and managers of Devoteam
• As a M&A analyst intern you will work on the identification, sourcing and execution of M&A transactions, this will give you the opportunity to interact with all the organization
• You will work in a dynamic and rewarding team atmosphere

We will count on you to:

• Source and identify potential opportunities with our operations and lines of business
• Gather, analyze, and present information on potential acquisition targets
• Participate in the execution of M&A projects : from evaluating, to structuring LOI and offer letters, support/coordinate due diligence processes and prepare/participate in negotiations
• Build balanced relationships with business stakeholders and counterparties which whom you will participate to the negotiation

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with an attention to details
  • Proactive & sensitive to interpersonal and organizational aspects
  • Hands-on, agile and flexible
  • General knowledge of the industry is plus, but not a requirement
  • Higher education BAC +5 type business school specializing in Corporate Finance (or equivalent Master);
  • Fluent English + advanced French (fluency in German and / or Spanish would be a plus);
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills;
  • Rigor, autonomy and proactive approach;
  • Editorial quality;
