Une entreprise dynamique dans la location de vans cherche un coordinateur des opérations de location à Dagneux. Vous serez en charge de garantir une expérience client positive, de coordonner les opérations de location et d'assister la direction dans la formation du personnel. Avec un contrat à temps plein et un environnement de travail collaboratif, ce rôle est parfait pour quelqu'un avec un excellent sens du service et des compétences organisationnelles.

Qualifications

• 1-2 ans d'expérience pertinente, préférence pour location de voitures ou tourisme.
• Personnalité amicale et ouverte.
• Permis de conduire de classe B.

Responsabilités

• Coordonner les opérations de location, assurer la satisfaction du client.
• Aider le responsable à planifier le personnel et former les employés.
• Maintenir les standards de qualité en service client.

The role - your passion

• You will coordinate daily rental operations, ensuring smooth vehicle handovers and returns on-site.
• You prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure a positive customer journey.
• You assist the Station Manager with staff planning and training.
• You maintain quality standards, especially in customer service.

What You Need To Surf The Wave With Us

• Completed apprenticeship with 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in car rental, tourism, or related fields.
• High level of service and customer orientation, friendly and open personality.
• Hands-on approach and good face-to-face communication skills.
• Resilient problem solver and organizational talent.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Class B driver's license.

Your Contract

• Full-time, CDI
• Start: July
• Location: 1201 Avenue des Prés Seigneurs, 01120 Dagneux
• Salary: 2500€/month
