Overview

LVMH Beauty Tech has over 400 collaborators across 27 countries who work hand in hand with the Maisons of the Beauty Division, such as Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Benefit, Loewe, or Fenty Beauty, to design, deploy, and operate solutions tailored to their needs. In this context, we are looking for a CIO Office Lead within the IT Governance Department, to steer and deliver activities related to performance and governance for Beauty Tech teams within the LVMH Beauty Division.

Your impact

Monitor governance & performance:

  • Prepare and coordinate planning and deliverables for key governance bodies (Beauty Tech Leadership Town Hall, Beauty Tech Strategic Demand Committee, COMEX Beauty Division...)
  • Prepare executive reports for C-level communication, including strategic portfolio, status and roadmap, and Beauty Tech performance KPIs
  • Secure production of performance dashboards across Finance, HR, Operations / Run, CIO dashboard, ensuring KPIs consistency and accuracy

Contribute to Beauty Tech Strategic roadmap and portfolio:

  • Contribute to the update of Beauty Tech strategic roadmap in close relationship with Beauty Tech Centers of Excellence, including organizational footprint, IT strategic drivers, business priorities, and portfolio of initiatives to meet Maisons strategic goals
  • Prepare synthesis materials to support Maisons business review, Division budget reviews, and Division-level presentations

Monitor Beauty projects:

  • Drive and deliver project from scoping, kickoff, to go live and post go-live organization in a multi-Maisons and at international scale.
  • Manage and coordinate all project parties
  • Set up change management strategy and execution

Drive demand management process and KPIs:

  • Monitor demand process through accurate governance, data, dashboard, and KPIs
  • Coordinate Beauty Tech teams to ensure dashboard and KPIs delivery for Maisons CIO governance
  • Act as a process owner for demand and portfolio management tool:
  • Ensuring data quality, backlog prioritization, and evolution follow-up
  • Securing system integration with Finance and planning tools for seamless reporting and alignment
  • Drive change management and adoption across teams through ambassador's networks, and recurring lessons learned (REX)
  • Lead the regional deployment of the demand and portfolio management tool for Americas, APAC, China, EMEA, ensuring core model consistency and adoption
Your profile
  • You have +5 years of professional experience, including hands-on experience in IT governance, strategic program management, or CIO Office support within complex environments
  • You have a strong understanding of IT operations, core technologies (applications and new tech), and IT business processes You bring experience in driving international IT programs in complex matrix environments
  • You have a strong understanding of demand management processes and portfolio performance tracking
  • You are experienced in supporting executive decision-making through structured reporting, KPI tracking, and portfolio monitoring. You are fluent with C-level PowerPoint presentations
  • You have proven skills in coordinating cross-functional initiatives, facilitating workshops, and aligning multiple stakeholders
  • You are highly organized, with strong synthesis skills and capable of transforming complex data into clear and executive-level insights
  • You are proactive, adaptable, and able to support the adoption of tools, processes, and governance practices across teams
  • You have a fluent level of French and English, with strong communication skills in an international context
  • Experience with ServiceNow SPM or similar portfolio management tools is a plus

Your recruitment process
