LV Auxiliairies – Asset Operation/Commissioning

Role Definition

The role will liaise with:

• Construction Manager

• Commissioning Manager

• Offshore Maintenance Coordinator

• Control Engineer

• HSE representatives

• Offshore technicians

The Service Provider shall perform the following activities as stated below:

Activity 1: Operation and Monitoring of LV and Auxiliary Systems

Safety Compliance: Ensure that all offshore operations comply with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety inspections and audits.

Routine Monitoring (Daily): Conduct daily inspections and monitoring of low voltage and auxiliary systems on Offshore Substation and Wind Turbine Foundations to ensure they are operating correctly and efficiently.

Operational Checks (Weekly): Perform weekly operational checks and diagnostics on LV systems, including lighting, communication systems, and control panels.

Reporting (Monthly): Prepare and submit monthly operational reports detailing the status of LV systems, any incidents, and maintenance performed.

• Monthly Operational Reports

Activity 2: Preventive and Corrective Maintenance

Preventive Maintenance (Scheduled): Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks according to the maintenance plan, ensuring all OSS and FOU LV and auxiliary equipment is maintained in optimal condition.

Corrective Actions (As Needed): Respond promptly to OSS and FOU equipment failures or malfunctions, diagnosing issues and performing necessary repairs to minimize downtime.

Inventory Management: Assist in managing the inventory of OSS and FOU spare parts and maintenance supplies, ensuring critical components are available when needed.

Qualifications and Training:

• Offshore Medical certificate

• Basic GWO training

• GWO Enhanced First Aid training

• GWO Advanced Rescue Training

• French CCMM training

• Rigging and lifting course (LOLER or CACES)

• Actsafe Power Ascender training

• Electrical Training as per NF18-510 – H0/B0 – B2V/H2 – BC/HC -BE/HE – BR
