Orient Express Sailing Yachts seeks an experienced Group & Events Manager to plan and deliver exceptional group bookings and on/offshore events for our luxury charter programs.

The role requires a visionary with a passion for luxury hospitality, keen attention to detail, and the ability to design bespoke itineraries for high-net-worth clients and corporate groups within the commercial team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in event management, group sales, or client relations with luxury clients.
• Proven track record of planning and executing complex events for discerning clientele.
• Fluent in English and French; strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.

Responsabilités

• Group management from inquiry through post-event follow-up with high-net-worth clients.
• Collaborate with sales and reservations to understand client needs and contracts.
• Design bespoke itineraries and experiences with Maritime and Operations Departments.
• Sell itineraries and concepts to clients with confidence and inspiration.
• Coordinate with F&B, Spa, Housekeeping, and DestexTeam for a cohesive experience.
• Plan and execute onboard and ashore events (meetings, incentives, birthdays, galas).
• Source vendors and manage budgets, including billing and expenses.
• Gather feedback and drive continuous improvement after events.
