Hey! I'm Charlie and I am are seeking a highly organized and reliable person to join our team remotely and support the day-to-day operations of our luxury wedding. This is a remote, part-time position with flexible hours, ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented environment and enjoys supporting a high-end, service-focused brand.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and respond to client emails promptly and professionally
  • Support venue owner with ad hoc tasks and follow-ups
  • Assist with website updates and content uploads (Wix platform experience preferred but not essential)

Company Background :

  • Chateau de la Couronne is a recently restored 12th century chateau located in the south west of France. Over the past 2 years my family and I have transformed the castle into a luxurious wedding venue which is now fully booked throughout the busy season of May-September.
  • Although we are located in France, the entire team and all clients are English speaking.

Skills & Experience :

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable handling sensitive client information with discretion
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms including AI to enhance efficiency
  • Some experience with Wix is preferred but not required

  • Background or interest in weddings / events / hospitality
  • Previous experience working with high-end brands or clientele
  • Basic knowledge of social media or online customer service
  • Experience with Social Media
  • Part-time : 510 hours per week to start
  • Competitive hourly rate based on experience
  • Potential for more responsibility, growth, pay increase based on performance.
