Golden Goose is seeking a Sales Assistant (Style Maker) in Paris to greet clients and introduce the Golden world through personalized styling. You will help craft complete looks, explain heritage and values, and ensure exceptional service that builds lasting customer relationships.

The role emphasizes in-store presentation, product knowledge, and seamless use of digital tools to enhance client experiences. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English.
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
• Strong customer focus with presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to monitor industry trends and local market dynamics (online and offline).
• Willingness to adapt to evolving business needs and to work well in a team.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers in expressing their personality and crafting personalized Golden total looks.
• Provide product insights and recommend additional items, applying up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
• Cultivate positive relationships with clients, leveraging omnichannel tools for updates, recommendations and personalized offers.
• Contribute to store presentation and visual standards to reflect the brand image.
• Support store operations including opening/closing, inventory management, and GDPR/health & safety compliance.
• Utilize digital tools (Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore) to enhance engagement and processes.
