Golden Goose in Paris is seeking a Sales Assistant (Style Maker) to introduce clients to the Golden world and craft complete, personalized looks. You will drive high client satisfaction through storytelling, outstanding service, and enduring relationships.

Key duties include advising on product insights, upselling, maintaining store standards, and supporting omnichannel interactions via Golden App and other tools. Fluency in French and English is essential; 1–3 years in luxury retail preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent customer focus with professional selling techniques.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers in expressing their personality and dreams through the brand looks.
• Provide comprehensive product insights and recommend additional items.
• Upsell and cross-sell to enhance the client’s Golden total look.
• Cultivate long-lasting client relationships and ensure a personalized experience.
• Maintain store presentation and uphold brand image and standards.
• Support store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and GDPR/health & safety compliance.
