Job summary

BONJIL is seeking an in-person luxury skincare consultant in France to deliver the BONJIL Ritual and guide guests through personalized consultations. You will educate clients on the Neurosensory Skincare philosophy and recommend tailored solutions, while maintaining a calm, premium environment and building lasting relationships.

You will also drive sales through education and consultative selling, achieve individual goals, and support daily store operations with a focus on exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in luxury skincare, prestige beauty, wellness, or spa service.
• Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and achieve personal sales goals through consultative selling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for skincare, wellness, and luxury client experiences.
• Comfortable learning and consistently performing the BONJIL Ritual.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as required by flagship operations.
• Ability to maintain a polished professional appearance consistent with BONJIL’s luxury brand standards

• Candidates with a strong skincare or wellness background who are comfortable learning massage techniques are encouraged to apply.
