BONJIL is seeking an in-person luxury skincare consultant in France to deliver the BONJIL Ritual and guide guests through personalized consultations. You will educate clients on the Neurosensory Skincare philosophy and recommend tailored solutions, while maintaining a calm, premium environment and building lasting relationships.

You will also drive sales through education and consultative selling, achieve individual goals, and support daily store operations with a focus on exceptional guest

Qualificações

• Two or more years of experience in luxury skincare, prestige beauty, wellness, or spa service.
• Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and achieve personal sales goals through consultative selling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for skincare, wellness, and luxury client experiences.
• Comfortable learning and consistently performing the BONJIL Ritual.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as required by flagship operations.
• Ability to maintain a polished professional appearance consistent with BONJIL’s luxury brand standards

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a personalized luxury experience while guiding each guest through the BONJIL Ritual with confidence, warmth, and professionalism.
• Conduct personalized consultations to understand each guest’s skincare goals, wellness concerns, and lifestyle.
• Educate guests on BONJIL’s Neurosensory Skincare philosophy and recommend solutions tailored to their individual needs.
• Create a calm, restorative environment that reflects BONJIL’s luxury service standards.
• Build lasting relationships that encourage loyalty, repeat visits, referrals, and long-term client engagement.
• Learn and consistently perform the BONJIL Ritual according to BONJIL’s established training and service standards.
• Deliver massage techniques and hands-on wellness experiences safely, professionally, and consistently.
• Prepare treatment spaces before each guest to ensure a premium luxury environment.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation of ritual rooms, treatment tools, testers, and retail displays.
• Conduct personalized skincare consultations and confidently recommend products that support each guest’s skincare goals.
• Build trust through education and consultative selling.
• Achieve individual sales goals while delivering an exceptional luxury experience.
• Encourage complete skincare regimens, repeat visits, and long-term client relationships.
• Maintain accurate guest consultation notes and client preferences using approved company systems.
• Support opening and closing procedures as assigned.
• Maintain presentation, cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, testers, samples, and retail displays throughout the day.
• Assist with appointment flow, guest preparation, and daily operational tasks.
• Accurately process retail transactions using approved company systems.
• Follow company procedures relating to safety, sanitation, security, and operational standards.
• Participate in product education, role-playing, and ongoing training.
• Accept coaching with a growth mindset and continuously improve selling and service skills.
• Support teammates and contribute to a collaborative, respectful, and professional culture.
• Represent BONJIL with integrity, professionalism, and pride in every guest interaction.
