Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Merchandise Manager to oversee back-of-house operations and front-of-house visual standards across the store. You will manage inbound receipts, ensure timely floor placement, coordinate outbound transfers, and lead a team to maintain inventory accuracy and promotional presentation.

As part of the store's core management team, you will drive customer service excellence, develop your merchandise operations staff, and work with cross-functional partners to execute

Qualifications

• 3-5 years supervisory experience in retail visual or merchandising.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound merchandise processing and floor placement.
• Lead back-of-house and visual standards across the store.
• Coordinate outbound transfers, markdowns, and price changes.
• Develop and coach the Merchandise Operations team.
