Prada Group is seeking an In-Store Visual Merchandiser to execute window and interior fitouts, ensuring adherence to HQ VM guidelines and premium brand standards. The role focuses on increasing sales through compelling presentations and accurate implementation across the Paris store network.

The ideal candidate will have solid VM experience in a luxury retail environment, be autonomous yet collaborative, and fluent in French and English.

• Solid experience in Visual Merchandising.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Autonomous, rigorous, able to work in a team or alone.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and update store window and interior fitouts daily.
• Implement HQ/VM guidelines to enhance brand image and sales.
• Coordinate with HQ VM and Retail Merchandising for seasonal fitouts and events.
• Provide feedback on store interiors, windows, and display elements.
