Farfetch is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to represent Farfetch Platform Solutions and support customers across multiple channels. You will deliver exceptional service, guide customers on products, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience in a fast-paced fashion environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong English skills, and comfortable using IT tools.

Qualifications

Experienced in customer service (minimum 1 year).
Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
Good IT skills (Windows) and comfort navigating digital platforms.
Strong communication skills with ability to resolve complex issues.
Natural multitasking ability with attention to detail and organization.
Knowledgeable or passionate about sports and sportswear is a plus.
Self-driven yet a strong team player who collaborates effectively.
Active listening skills to understand and guide customers.

Responsabilités

Be the first point of contact, providing excellent service across email, phone, and chat.
Represent Farfetch Platform Solutions to customers and partners.
Provide information and guidance on products, services and inquiries.
Own cases and resolve them per company processes and guidelines.
Handle demanding customers with professionalism and empathy, aiming for retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to support localization initiatives.
Develop personally and help others to maximize team potential.
