AHS is seeking a highly experienced Estate Manager to oversee luxury estates, including private residences in London and Dubai and the yacht interior. You will lead staff, coordinate with vendors, and ensure exceptional service across the portfolio.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in estate or private asset management, with a background in 5-star hotel operations. Willingness to travel between London, Dubai, and the yacht is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years' experience in Estate/Household/Private Assets management.
• Experience with UHNW/VIP families in private or superyacht environments.
• Experience managing multiple properties across countries (UK/UAE preferred).
• Yacht interior management background is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of private residences in London and Dubai and yacht interior, ensuring impeccable standards.
• Manage, train and supervise household and yacht interior staff with discretion and professionalism.
• Coordinate with external contractors, vendors and service providers across properties and yacht to deliver high-quality service.
• Develop and manage budgets, procurement and inventories for all properties and yacht interior.
• Implement and maintain health, safety and security protocols compliant with standards and SOPs.
• Leverage 5-star hotel management experience to elevate guest/resident experience and service delivery.
• Plan and execute private events and gatherings on residences and/or aboard the yacht, ensuring flawless hospitality.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions with family, guests and staff.
• Act as primary contact for residence and yacht interior matters, coordinating with Owner's Representative.
